This is a shout out for beautiful women and some men too!!
Our Body is our temple!
Our body is the Vehicle of the Soul!
Our body is a gift to experience this
existence at a very deep level!
What do we do with this temple, with
this gift, with this messenger of the Soul?
We usually dislike it, even hate it!
We ignore it, or use it as our
emotional trash can! Either feeding it way too much or starving it!
Constantly nagging and complaining
about it! Many go to the extent of even changing how it looks through
plastic and cosmetic surgery!
Imagine if someone naggs you 24/7.
Continuously telling you how ugly you are both verbally and
energetically.
Who keeps stuffing you with what the
person feels is good or healthy or just because it's there.
Imagine someone telling you, you are so
bad that I need to cut a part of you or/and replace it with what
pleases me!
How would you react? We call this
emotional abuse or physical abuse when done to us. While we do the
same to our body all the time.
Imagine if your partner constantly told
you, you should look like a Hollywood or bollywood star because s/he
fancies her/him? How demeaning would that have been?
How long can you stay with a person who
does the above to you?
Think about it, and make a resolution
today, not like the ones you never keep but one you would really mean
and act upon for the rest of your life.
Start loving your body! It's the way it
is for a reason. Start loving it and the care would follow.
It needs what it needs and not what you
fancy as healthy or unhealthy.
It needs rest!
It needs clean air !
It needs to be in the size and shape
your soul chose!
If this temple is not kept clean, if
this vehicle is not serviced periodically and as an when needed, if
it is cluttered with abuse, The Soul can't reside in it and if it
does, it would be unhappy!
It won't be able to reach where it is
meant to go, if it's vehicle is not in order!
And for all those who body-shame
others! Please stop! You are just showing how tiny and unused your
mind has been. Put it in some productive use! You would do everyone
including yourself some good for a change!
**Inspired from a client's case (a
suicidal teenager) who is on recovery mode today but was 35 kilos
overweight last year and had cut her wrist .
