Busting Myth # 2 of Positive Thinking!
People think positive thinking means
you suppress your feelings of lower frequencies. They refuse to feel
their feelings and it's intensity!
Positive thinking can only work if it
is based on awareness! Hence, you must pay attention to your
feelings, acknowledge and accept them. Be grateful for your feelings
as they are guiding you.
Then ask, 'what is it that I am not
seeing'?
