During the month of March till June 2019 the focus is on Self discovery.

2019 is not only about finding yourself but also about finding the best way to express your new discovery of yourself in most creative ways.

You are guided to spend time with yourself and realign with your deepest inner self. You may indulge in yoga. It is an excellent tool to reconnect with Self and align your mind, body and Spirit.

As you spend more time with yourself, you start to discover a new version of you. You maybe surprised by your new Avatar but that's OK.

Allow yourself to be expressed completely. Find a creative way of fulfilling your dreams. At this time it's important, you indulge in creative activities.

Most people think creativity is about making a masterpiece! Creativity is only about expressing yourself in form and it does not have to be in a particular way. It doesn't have to be for sale or to show others.
It is meant to be only for you. So write, paint, dance, sing, cook or change the decore of your home or do whatever but do it as if no one would even know about it.

Enjoy your Beingness and expand your vision of you to expand your Life.

How to stay focused and achieve your goals!!

Stay focused on your Goals but don't rush! Be definite of your Goal and yet be open and willing to receive it in unexpected time and space! Be determined but allow the Divine Order to pave the way! Be sure and excited about your ambitions but don't get rigid and stubborn! Visualize and feel the final Goal but be kind to yourself on the way! Keep your thoughts in check, your actions would then follow! Every obstacle is telling you, you can choose another possibility while you stay focused on your goal. Wherever You Go The Sky Is The Same Color

There is a saying in Persian which states: " harja Neri asemaan hamin rang ast " which translates to : "Wherever you go the sky is the same color ". What it means is it's your perspective and your inner peace / conflict that makes you perceive your environment. As a therapist I would preach the same but very recently, in fact as I am writing this piece the message of this proverb is sinking in every cell of my body. Our environment, how we perceive and respond to it is nothing but a message re reflection of our inner state. No place and person can ever make you happy if you can't be happy alone.
