As a woman I want you to celebrate yourself every moment of your life not just today!

I want you to stop comparing yourself with men and instead allow yourself to walk along men.
I want you to stop competing with other women and start cooperating with one another.

I want you to be the woman with a voice, and that does not mean shouting slogans but having a voice to say No when you mean No.

A voice to express your desires, your dreams and no, they don't have to be Grand, they just need to be your signature, what brings out the best in you and make you happy .

I want you to let go off the need to be anything but You so that you can open your wings and fly.

I want you to shed all your fears and apprehensions, all shame and regret, all hate and jealousy, they are heavy stuff. Drop them so that you can be light as a feather and reach greatest heights.

I want you to be raw and wild while you know your role is that of bearing life, a responsibility only you could handle. Handle it with care and pride.

I want you to celebrate motherhood and your ability to co-create life.

I want you to celebrate your emotional strength, you don't have to be equal to men, you are different, I want you to recognize the strength of your soul.

You bring life to life and I want you to celebrate that.

On this women's day I want you to reflect and see if you have done justice to your light, if you have expressed your womanhood and not your need to be like someone else.

Look back at life and forgive yourself for the mistakes you made, pick up broken pieces of your heart and tell yourself you deserve to be loved, not because you look beautiful, not because you dress well, not because you take the same salary home as your husband or brother, not because you hold a position but because YOU ARE!

JUST BECAUSE YOU ARE!

Be that woman!
Be that woman every moment!

You don't need a day to feel special, you are special, uniquely gifted, beautiful, worthy just as you are and I want to remind you that, Life and each moment deserve the best of you as you deserve the best of Life.

Live your beauty and your gift every moment and remind yourself each time you forget and in doing so everyone else would remember too.

Be fearless enough to be You!
Come out of your hiding and Shine your Light!

Let your beauty light another's life
Let your kindness touch everyone's heart
Let your smile brighten everyone's day
Let your passion be an inspiration to all
Let your compassion be the light of hope for those in need
Let your humility be an example to the ignorant

Let your warmth be the a corner of hope for thsoe who are lost!

How to stay focused and achieve your goals!!

Stay focused on your Goals but don't rush! Be definite of your Goal and yet be open and willing to receive it in unexpected time and space! Be determined but allow the Divine Order to pave the way! Be sure and excited about your ambitions but don't get rigid and stubborn! Visualize and feel the final Goal but be kind to yourself on the way! Keep your thoughts in check, your actions would then follow! Every obstacle is telling you, you can choose another possibility while you stay focused on your goal. Wherever You Go The Sky Is The Same Color

There is a saying in Persian which states: " harja Neri asemaan hamin rang ast " which translates to : "Wherever you go the sky is the same color ". What it means is it's your perspective and your inner peace / conflict that makes you perceive your environment. As a therapist I would preach the same but very recently, in fact as I am writing this piece the message of this proverb is sinking in every cell of my body. Our environment, how we perceive and respond to it is nothing but a message re reflection of our inner state. No place and person can ever make you happy if you can't be happy alone.
